Welcome to Herbal Crown (herbalcrown.lk). By placing an order or using this website, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. General Terms

All products listed are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product without prior notice.
Prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and may change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the price charged.
Product images are for illustration; actual packaging may vary slightly.
By ordering, you confirm that the delivery details you provide (name, address, phone number) are accurate.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders can be placed through our website and are confirmed once payment is completed or, for Cash on Delivery, once the order is verified via OTP.
Online card/bank payments are processed securely through PayHere. Herbal Crown never sees or stores your card details.
An order confirmation email/SMS will be sent once your order is placed. If you do not receive this within a few minutes, please contact us.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability, with a full refund issued where payment was already made.

3. Delivery

We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 working days depending on your district.
Delivery charges (if any) are shown at checkout before payment.
Delays caused by courier partners, weather, or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Herbal Crown, though we will assist in tracking and resolving any issue.

4. Return & Refund Policy

4.1 Eligibility for Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

You received a damaged, defective, or leaking product
You received the wrong item or an incomplete order
The product's tamper seal was already broken on delivery

Due to the personal-care nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for opened or used items unless they arrived damaged or defective, for hygiene and safety reasons.

4.2 Return Window

Any issue must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order, with a photo/video of the product and packaging, by contacting us at info@herbalcrown.lk or via WhatsApp.

4.3 Refund Process

Once your return request is approved, refunds for online payments are issued back to the original PayHere payment method within 5–10 business days.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer once the returned item is received and inspected.
Alternatively, you may choose a free replacement instead of a refund.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

4.4 Non-Returnable Situations

Change of mind after opening/using the product
Incorrect address provided by the customer
Products damaged due to misuse after delivery

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will follow the standard return process above upon delivery.

6. Product Disclaimer

Our products are natural herbal cosmetic/hair-care products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individuals with allergies or skin sensitivities should check the ingredient list before use and perform a patch test. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if irritation occurs.

7. Limitation of Liability

Herbal Crown's liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use or delivery delays.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
